Aurora Business Owner Arrested for Sexual Assault of Female Victims During Urinalysis Tests

Colorado drug screening business owner arrested for alleged sexual assault

Arben “Ben” Duka, the owner of an employment testing business in Aurora, was arrested on March 15th after a woman reported that he sexually assaulted her following a urinalysis sample. The incident occurred in October and was investigated by the Sex Crimes Unit of Aurora Police.

The Adams County District Attorney’s Office charged Duka with two misdemeanors – unwanted sexual contact without consent and invasion of privacy for sexual gratification – for incidents involving female victims in 2023. Both women reported similar incidents of unwanted sexual contact after providing urinalysis samples at Duka’s business, previously known as Wiz Quiz Employment Testing before being changed to Aurora Employment Testing in February of last year.

The case is ongoing and anyone with information is encouraged to contact Metro Denver Crime Stoppers at 720.913.STOP (7867) and reference case number AP23-202838. The police are urging any other potential victims to come forward and report any incidents involving Duka.
