Exploring the Frontiers of Science: A Look at the Summer Science Exhibition

The Summer Science Exhibition of 2024 will take place in July.

The Summer Science Exhibition is set to return this year with 14 interactive flagship exhibits that showcase cutting-edge research from across the UK. Visitors are invited to immerse themselves in ground-breaking science by getting up close with brain scanners, real ice core samples from Antarctica, waste transformed into stunning art, and the fascinating realm of stem cell and embryo research.

In addition to the in-person experience, online visitors will have access to virtual content, including livestreamed demonstrations, exclusive interviews, and talks. Over 300 scientists whose work is featured will be attending the event and eager to share their insights behind their innovative research. The venue for the exhibition is The Royal Society located at 6-9 Carlton House Terrace, London, SW1Y 5AG.

The event is free to attend, and more information about the exhibitors’ work can be found at the event. Last year’s Summer Science Exhibition can be viewed in the video below. In other news, the Royal Society has released the shortlist for the Science Book Prize.
