Support for Mouse and Keyboard Now Available on Xbox Cloud Gaming, Including Fortnite and Doom 64

In March 2022, Xbox announced plans to introduce mouse and keyboard support for their cloud gaming service. Two years later, the feature has now been implemented in the preview version of Xbox Cloud Gaming for PC, offering users a more flexible and customizable gaming experience.

Currently available only to users enrolled in the PC Gaming Preview program, this new feature allows players to use a mouse and keyboard instead of a controller to play games like Fornite, Doom 64, or Sea of Thieves through the Xbox cloud service on Edge and Chrome browsers as well as the Xbox app on Windows PC.

The mouse and keyboard support is available for compatible browsers such as Edge and Chrome, as well as the Xbox app on Windows computers. Some of the titles that currently have support for this feature include Fornite, ARK Survival Evolved, Sea of Thieves, and Halo Infinite, among others.
